How do I set up my Premier Designs Incentives account?

For New customer:  If you have not placed an order before with us, you will need to verify your jeweler status and sign up. It is quick and easy and will only take a few minutes to complete. Go to our New Customer Signup page and follow the steps.

For Returning Customer: If you have placed orders before, you should log-in with your jeweler number with the preceding J and password. If you do not remember your jeweler number and password, do not create a new account; instead use the password recovery option to get a copy of your jeweler number and password e-mailed to you.

A few reasons our website may not have recognized you as a returning customer automatically are:

  1. You are using a new computer
  2. You have not selected the "Save My Log-in" checkbox
  3. You have deleted the cookies on your computer.

As long as you use the same computer and do not delete cookies, our website will recognize you and you will never have to login on return visits. If the system does not automatically recognize you in the future, you will need your jeweler number and password to login.

  1. You will get five tries to login. If you exceed five tries, you will have to shut down your browser and then restart it to get another five tries.
  2. The "Save My Log-in" checkbox controls how your log-in is saved. Select the "Save My Log-in" checkbox if you want the computer to remember your User Name and Password. This will enable automatic "log-in" on your next visit to this website.
  3. The "Hide Password" checkbox controls whether you can see the password you are typing or if the password is masked with “ * “ characters as you type.

What if I forgot my password or my jeweler number?
If you forgot you password you can obtain it by using our quick and easy Lost Password Recovery option. Once there, enter your full name as it appears on your account and your email address. Then click “Find Password” and our system will email you your jeweler number and password within minutes.

Lost Password Recovery

To protect your account, your are required to enter some information (see list below). This information is used to recognize you. Your jeweler number and password will be e-mailed to the address on-file.

Full Billing Name used on last order: This is the full name on the credit card you used to make your most recent completed purchase.

E-Mail Address Used to place last order: This is the e-mail address that was entered during your most recent completed purchase. Do not enter a different e-mail address. This field is not used to select an e-mail address to which you would like your jeweler number and password sent. Passwords will only be e-mail to the address used for your last completed order.

Why didn't I receive my password email?
If you did not receive our email with your password, please check your junk/spam folder for the email or try modifying your spam filter. Also, ensure that you have entered the correct Full Name and Email Address on the account.

What are the secrets of a good password?
Make your passwords easy to remember with a few twists to make them hard to guess. As a rule of thumb, a good password should contain a mix of numbers and letters and be at least four characters long.

How can I change, correct, or update the information on my account?
To change your permanent account information on file (e.g. name, address, etc.), go to My Account, and then locate the information you wish to change. Simply replace what is shown with your new information and click the Save Changes button located at the bottom of the page.
