The ordering process is divided into two main sections; shipping information and billing information.
The 3 Easy Steps to Place Your Order...
Step 1: To add items to your shopping basket click on any of the "add to basket" buttons.
- All the Items you have selected are displayed in the shopping basket. If you do not see your item(s) in the basket, then you may have a browser that is not correctly configured.
- Press the Continue Check Out button. This will take you to the shipping address page.
Step 2: Enter your shipping address.
- Enter or correct the shipping address information on the form (if needed).
- Press the Continue Check Out button. This will take you to the billing information page.
Step 3: Fill in your billing information.
- When you have finished entering your billing information, press the Continue Check Out button. This will complete your order.
- You will be e-mailed an e-receipt for this order.
You should never use a browser's "Back or Forward" navigation buttons when working on your shopping basket. You should always use the Return to Prior Page or Continue Checkout buttons.

When an order has been successfully processed you will see information similar to the illustration below.

Order Processing Status: Finding the word "complete" in this status message indicates that your order has been completed and that an e-receipt has been successfully e-mailed to your address. If you find the word "retry" in the status message this means the system is retrying your order (see: order retry for more information).
Order Transaction Number: This number is unique to your order and can be used to retrieve information or as a reference number should correspondence be required.
Order Confirmation to: This is the e-mail address to which the e-receipt was sent.
Order Posted: This is the date and time that the order was submitted.
Charge Approval: This field must include the word "approved." If you do not see the word "approved" this means the bank did not authorize the charge.
The hyperlink "click here for a printable e-receipt" provides an e-receipt which contains every piece of information about your order. It is recommended that you print or save a screen copy of this e-receipt.

The shopping basket is where the items you wish to purchase are listed. You can place an unlimited number of items in the shopping basket. Items that are in the basket can be changed or deleted any time prior to placing the order.
To modify an item in the shopping basket:
- Using your mouse click on an Edit
button next to the item in the shopping basket.
- The information for the item you select will be displayed.
- Make any desired changes by typing over the current information. (Your changes will not be saved until you press the Save Changes button. If you press the Return to Prior Screen button, all changes will be discarded.)
- Press the Save Changes button. You will then be taken back to your basket where you can see your changes.
To remove an item from the shopping basket:
- Using your mouse click on an Edit
button next to the item in the shopping basket.
- Press the Delete Item button.
- Press Ok when prompted by the pop-up box. You will then be taken back to your basket where you can see your changes.

The security codes for you the cards we acceptt are used to confirm you card information.
Premier Designs: the security code is your Jeweler Number without the J.
MasterCard and Visa: security codes can be found on the back of your card. Please copy the last three digits of the number into the security code entry field on the billing page.

Yes. You can also place an order over the phone with one of our knowledgeable representatives ready to take your call. When you wish to speak with a representative to place your order, dial (877) 355-3285.

If you are unable to locate an item on our site and you have tried our extensive Search option, then the item has been discontinued and is no longer available. We are always trying to maintain a stylish and trendy product line, to provide you with new and fresh incentives for your guest’s and hostesses.

There are two ways you can check the status of your order:
- Via the Internet; Login and click the “Order Status” link on the top of the page. When you check your Order Status online, you can review your current and past orders. Also, depending on how far along your order is, you may be able to make some changes.
- Contact our Customer Service; via phone at 1 (877) 355-3285 or through email. Please have your jeweler and order number handy.

Our online Order Status allows you to view a list of all the orders you have placed. Simply, login to the website and click the "Order Status" button located at the top of the page.

Clicking on any of the order #'s in the order status window will open a printable copy of the e-receipt for the order.

Using the Reorder page, you can quickly reorder items that you have previously purchased. Simply, login to the website and click the "Re-Order" button located at the top of the page.
The recorder page lists all items which can be reordered. On the right side of the page is a shopping basket window which shows what you have in your basket. You add items to the basket by clicking on the "Add" button located to the left of each item. You can find out more about each item in the list by clicking on the hyperlink for the name of the item. When you have entered all the items you want to reorder, you can proceed directly to checkout by pressing the "Continue Checkout" button. You can also add other items to the basket using normal store shopping activities.

A bank or its intermediary which approves your credit card charge can experience network outages. These outages will result in the e-commerce system not being able to authorize your order at that time. The e-commerce system will recognize this outage and will retry authorization later. If all reties fail then the e-commerce system will e-mail an e-receipt to you indicating that the order has not been completed. At that time, you should replace your order.
Never submit a follow up order until you receive an e-receipt stating that the initial order has failed to process and that no more retries will be attempted. Submitting additional orders before you receive confirmation that an initial order failed, can result in duplicate orders should the initial order ultimately succeed in processing.

Should you wish to cancel an item, simply call our Customer Service at (877) 355-3285. Please have your order number and the name or number of the item you wish to cancel.
If the order is too far along in the shipping process to cancel, you will not be able to cancel the item and it will be shipped to you as scheduled. Upon receiving the package, should you decide to make a return, please follow the step-by-step instructions in our Return Policy.

Currently, you will only be charged sales tax if the order is placed or you reside in the state of Texas, or if you are shipping your order to the state of Texas. You will be charged the tax rate for the area in which we are located.
Please note that sales and use tax collected is remitted by Premier Designs Incentives to the Texas taxation authority as required by law. These monies are not retained by Premier Designs Incentives.

You can search for an item by clicking on the “Search” button which is located at the top-left of every page. A small window will open with a place for you to enter the keyword(s) you want to search. Then click the “GO” button to perform the search.
To narrow the search, please be as specific as possible. If you know the Item Number, place it in the box, click the “Go” button or hit "Enter" on your keyboard, and the results will be displayed.

No. Items that are out of stock can only be ordered if there is an available supply. We do not back-order items.

Often times we are able to post an estimated time of arrival for out of stock items on the item details page. If there is no date for the item displayed, then we are still working on obtaining one for you.

Yes. When you have placed your order, email your request to pick up the order and your order number to info@premierdesignsincentives.com. We will then be able to pull your order and set it aside for you. You will be given an approximate time of when your order will be ready to pick up.
You must have a form of ID to pick up the order. If someone other than yourself is picking up the order, you must notify us prior to pick-up.

The Premier Designs Incentives Site uses the latest 128 Bit encryption technology available. In other words, all information you type in on the Jeweler Site is encoded (encrypted) before it is sent to us through the internet. This is the same security technology that banks use to protect your information online, and can be verified by noticing the key lock on your browser.
