To delete your temporary files:

  1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options"
  2. On the "General Tab" select the "Delete..." button.
  3. Click the "Delete files..." button.
  4. Click the "Delete cookies..." button.
  5. Click "Close".
  6. Click "Ok"
  7. Restart Internet Explorer.

To add Premier Designs Incentives to the Trusted Sites list:

  1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".
  2. Click the "Security Tab".
  3. Click the "Trusted Sites" icon.
