All Premier Designs Incentives Gift Cards may be used as payment toward any Premier Designs Incentives purchase only. To place an order visit us online at PremierDesignsIncentives.com or call 1 (877) 355-3285 to order by phone. When ordering, you will be asked to specify the Gift Card number. With the PDI Gift Card, these numbers can be found on the back of the card. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you must pay the balance using another payment method.

Coupon numbers are entered into a field just above the credit card number on the billing information page. The estimated discount will be displayed once you press the Apply Coupon button. Your total order amount may be zero if the coupon covers the entire cost of the order.

Yes. You can use up too four Gift Cards on a single order. Simply separate each coupon by a comma and then click the "Apply Coupon" button.

There are two main ways you can check the balance of your Gift Card:
- Via the Internet; Login and click the "My Account" link, scroll down the page until you see the "My E-Coupons" section. Here you will see a list of all your active Gift Cards and there remaining balances.
- Contact our Customer Service. Please have the Gift Card number handy, as well as your jeweler and order number.

Premier Designs Incentives is an exclusive site for jewelers only. You must have a jeweler number and be an active jeweler to use a Gift Card.

You may return something you purchased with a gift card in accordance with our return policy. We will apply the value of the returned merchandise to the purchasing Gift Card used to place the order. In the event that the card has been lost or thrown away, we will issue a new coupon number for the returned items.
