You may return merchandise purchased at PremierDesignsIncentives.com or at the Premier Designs Incentives store by mail or to the store. All returns must be made in original condition.
30-Day Return Period for all Manufacturer Defects
You have thirty days from the date the merchandise was received to return the product(s).
We do not offer merchandise exchanges; unless the product(s) was damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped. All other items returned will be credited back to the original purchasing credit card account number (excluding shipping and handling charges).
We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 2-5 days from when your return is received for your refund to be issued or your replacement(s) to be sent. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 hours of being processed. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

Include with your return the Return Form. Click here to download. Below is the information you will need to complete the form:
- Order Number and Date
- Jeweler Number, Name and Address
- Item(s) Number, Name and Qty. being returned
- A brief description and reason for the return
- Specify how you would like your return processed (exchange, refund)
If an order is returned which was paid for using a gift card, the amount that was deducted from the gift card for the purchase will be refunded back to that gift card. If you no longer have the gift card, please contact Premier Designs Incentives Customer Service at 1 (877) 355-3285 to request that a new gift card be issued.
Premier Designs Incentives reserves the right to deny any return.
