Premier Card TransitionWe are now able to accept the new 16 digit Premier Rewards Card.
If you have recently received your new Premier Rewards Card and are unable to process your order, you will need to activate your card by calling Premier Designs customer service at 1-800-486-7378.
How to
retrieve your 16 digit rewards account number:
From the Jeweler Private Site, use the My
Account Menu to get the
Jeweler Rewards card number.
Date of Birth, Premier Card Number, Social Security Number and Jeweler
Number are required to retrieve the new Jeweler Rewards card number.
Click Submit and the number will appear on this screen.
